Although I graduated from university in May, I've still got quite a few friends who are in the process of finishing up their degrees. A subject that repeatedly comes up is, without fail, on the best way to really make the most of those four (or let's be real--five, or even six) years. And without fail, one of my answers is always to carve out time for a semester abroad.
Every year, it gets tougher to study abroad, and people feel like they just can't afford the time away from their home institution to explore another country or another way of life. This is true, but a semester spent elsewhere will only help you refocus your ambitions and way of thinking. In my case, my time at the University of St Andrews from January to June 2013 did much to reassess how I felt about the way I was living my life.
Twenty in Paris is a blog set up by my friend, Andrea, who expounds on her past experience living in Paris and branches off into detail about a life abroad. Check out my guest post over on her site for my overview on St A's, sans Wills and Kate!
